Bright Meridian

Julian Mercer — keyboards, sequencing, production Evan Hart — lead vocals, guitar Claire Vale — synths, harmonies, visual centerpiece Bright Meridian is a melodic synth-pop trio blending shimmering electronics, heartfelt songwriting, and dreamlike atmosphere into a sound that feels both nostalgic and timeless. Drawing inspiration from classic college-radio acts and emotionally rich new wave, the band crafts songs about memory, distance, connection, and hope — carried by luminous synth textures and deeply human melodies. The group features Evan Hart on lead vocals and guitar, whose warm, earnest delivery gives the band its emotional core; Julian Mercer, the quiet architect behind the keyboards, sequencing, and production; and Claire Vale, whose synth work, harmonies, and striking visual presence complete the band’s unmistakable identity. Together, Bright Meridian creates music that glows with romance, melancholy, and late-night neon warmth.
