Payment Information
Payments made through M.A.D. Music are processed by Stripe and its financial partners. Stripe may collect and process payment-card details, billing information, bank or payment-account information, transaction details, device information, and fraud-prevention data.
M.A.D. Music generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, including your name, email address, billing details, payment status, transaction amount, payment method type, subscription status, and information needed to process refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

3. Artist Content and Public Information
Artist profiles and submitted content may be intended for public display. Information such as artist names, photographs, biographies, music, videos, credits, social-media links, and promotional materials may be visible to visitors and shared through marketing, social media, playlists, promotional campaigns, or other approved platform activities.
Artists and users should not upload sensitive personal information or content they do not want publicly available.
When submitting content, you represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to upload and authorize the platform’s use of that content. This Privacy Policy does not determine ownership of music or other intellectual property.
4. How We Disclose Information

Stripe and Financial Partners

Artists and Business Partners

If Stripe controls the information connected to a Stripe or Link account, you may need to submit your request directly to Stripe.

M.A.D. Music is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.
Users under the age of 18 may use the platform only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information without proper authorization should contact support@madinthefield.com.
