• Songwriter, producer, performer, publisher, distributor, or rights-holder information
• Purchase, subscription, order, refund, and transaction information
• Communications, support requests, reviews, comments, and survey responses
• Marketing preferences and other information you voluntarily provide

Payment Information

Payments made through M.A.D. Music are processed by Stripe and its financial partners. Stripe may collect and process payment-card details, billing information, bank or payment-account information, transaction details, device information, and fraud-prevention data.

M.A.D. Music generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, including your name, email address, billing details, payment status, transaction amount, payment method type, subscription status, and information needed to process refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

When you visit or use the platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

3. Artist Content and Public Information

Artist profiles and submitted content may be intended for public display. Information such as artist names, photographs, biographies, music, videos, credits, social-media links, and promotional materials may be visible to visitors and shared through marketing, social media, playlists, promotional campaigns, or other approved platform activities.

Artists and users should not upload sensitive personal information or content they do not want publicly available.

When submitting content, you represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to upload and authorize the platform’s use of that content. This Privacy Policy does not determine ownership of music or other intellectual property.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

Service Providers

We may use companies that provide payment processing, hosting, cloud storage, analytics, email delivery, customer support, cybersecurity, advertising, website development, music distribution, and other operational services.

These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

Stripe and Financial Partners

Transaction information may be shared with Stripe, banks, card networks, payment-method providers, fraud-prevention providers, and other financial partners to process payments, confirm transactions, prevent fraud, manage disputes, and comply with financial regulations.

Artists and Business Partners

When reasonably necessary, information may be shared with artists, producers, distributors, publishers, licensors, event organizers, promotional partners, or other parties involved in providing a requested service or fulfilling an approved transaction.

Legal and Safety Purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

However, no website, payment system, storage platform, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

If Stripe controls the information connected to a Stripe or Link account, you may need to submit your request directly to Stripe.

10. Children’s Privacy

M.A.D. Music is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.

Users under the age of 18 may use the platform only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information without proper authorization should contact support@madinthefield.com.

The platform may contain links to artist pages, social networks, streaming platforms, payment providers, or other third-party websites and services.

We do not control the privacy, security, content, or business practices of third parties. Users should review each third party’s privacy policy before providing personal information.

M.A.D. Music is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you reside. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
