Open Skies

Open Skies is the synthpop duo of Caleb Frost and Linden Shaw, blending shimmering analog textures, emotional storytelling, and cinematic melodies into a sound inspired by classic new wave and romantic electronic pop. Drawing from the atmospheric spirit of 1980s synth-driven music, Open Skies creates songs filled with longing, connection, late-night reflections, and hopeful melancholy. Caleb Frost crafts the band’s layered synth programming and production landscapes, while Linden Shaw brings expressive vocals and melodic warmth to the duo’s emotionally resonant sound. Their music lives somewhere between neon city lights, midnight train rides, and the quiet miracle of human connection — timeless synthpop for dreamers, romantics, and anyone who still believes music can feel like a memory.
