**Love and Torn – Sauria Grae** *Love and Torn* is an emotional R&B journey through love, heartbreak, betrayal, childhood wounds, and the strength it takes to heal. Each song tells a different story about the experiences that shape us—from loving someone who doesn't love us the same way to carrying pain we never deserved. This album explores the complicated side of love: the sacrifices, the disappointments, the unanswered questions, and the struggle to find yourself after giving so much to others. Raw, vulnerable, and deeply relatable, *Love and Torn* gives a voice to emotions many people feel but rarely express. **Because sometimes love doesn't just leave you heartbroken—it leaves you torn between who you were, what you've survived, and who you're becoming.**
